What does the Enhanced Protection Plan cover?

  • Monitoring of your system for alarms. In many cases we respond before you are even aware of a problem.
  • Unlimited Service Calls as well as 8 X 5 business hours with unlimited live technical support. Priority Response that enables any alarms that cannot be handled remotely to be addressed within 4 hours by one of our qualified technicians.
  • Replacement Parts and their installation are included in your Enhanced Protection plan.
  • Emergency service requests are given priority and our commitment of restoring basic telephone service within 24 hours of notification if due to a component failure.
  • We will work with YOUR service providers. If we ordered your service, there will no longer be finger pointing between vendors. If we did not, we will do everything within our power to isolate the problem and we will work with your provider to resolve any issues determined to be theirs.
